N.Y. Municipal Housing Authorities Law § 68: Projects

* § 68. Projects. An authority shall file with the board a copy of

each proposed project embodying the plans, layout, estimated costs and

proposed method of financing. The board shall with reasonable promptness

transmit to the authority its criticisms and suggestions. Any change

made in the project shall be filed with the board by the authority. At

any time, upon request of the authority, the board shall submit to the

authority its criticisms and suggestions with reference to any change in

the project.

New York City Housing Authority pursuant to the provisions of section

401 of the current Public Housing Law.
