N.Y. New York City Civil Court Act § 2207: Predecessor court acts repealed

§ 2207. Predecessor court acts repealed. The city court of the city of

New York and the municipal court of the city of New York are hereby

abolished. The New York city court act and the New York city municipal

court code and all acts amendatory thereof are hereby repealed, and the

rules of the city court of the city of New York and of the municipal

court of the city of New York are hereby abrogated.
