N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law § 13.04: Assemblyman Herman D

§ 13.04 Assemblyman Herman D. Farrell, Jr. state park. Notwithstanding

any other law to the contrary, the state park known as Riverbank state

park located on the upper west side of Manhattan on the banks of the

Hudson river shall after the effective date of this section be known as

Assemblyman Herman D. Farrell, Jr. state park and shall be suitably

marked in a manner to be prescribed by the commissioner.
