N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law § 15.13: Acquisitions in sixth region

§ 15.13 Acquisitions in sixth region. As used in this article, the

term commissioner shall mean the commissioner of parks, recreation and

historic preservation or, for real property in the sixth region, the

commissioner of environmental conservation.
