N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law § 20.03: Cooperation of other agencies

§ 20.03 Cooperation of other agencies. To effectuate the purposes of

this article, the commissioner may request from any department, board,

bureau, commission or other agency of the state, and the same are

authorized and directed to provide, such cooperation and assistance,

services and data as will enable the council properly to carry out its

powers and duties thereunder.
