N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law § 39.11: Designation

§ 39.11 Designation. The Niagara river greenway is hereby designated

to include those lands of state agencies, public corporations, and

municipalities adjacent to the Niagara river as identified in the

approved plan of the commission.
