N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 1020-o*2: Payments by municipalities

* § 1020-o. Payments by municipalities. The board of trustees of the

village and the governing body of any municipality in which surplus of

the authority is sold pursuant to section one thousand twenty-f of this

title are authorized to make payments to the authority for its support.

It is hereby determined that such payments are for a public purpose for

the benefit of the people of such village and such municipalities.
