N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 1020-u: Employees of the authority not subject to the public employees' fair employment act

employees' fair employment act. All employees of the authority shall be

exempt from the provisions of the public employees' fair employment act

as set forth in article fourteen of the civil service law.
