N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 1120-j: State and town not liable on authority bonds

§ 1120-j. State and town not liable on authority bonds. Neither the

state nor the town shall be liable on the bonds of the authority and

such bonds shall not be a debt of the state, or the town, and such bonds

shall contain, on the face thereof, a statement to such effect.
