§ 1207-l. Inconsistent provisions of other acts superseded. Insofar as
the provisions of section twelve hundred seven-a through twelve hundred
seven-k, inclusive, are inconsistent with any other provisions of this
title or of any other act, general or special, or of any local law of
the city, the provisions of sections twelve hundred seven-a through
twelve hundred seven-k, inclusive, shall be controlling.
