N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 1354-a: Meetings and records of authority to be public

§ 1354-a. Meetings and records of authority to be public. The regular

meetings of the authority shall be public meetings open to the general

public, except for executive sessions thereof. Subject to appropriate

provisions of law and any reasonable regulations established by the

authority, the records of the authority shall be public records.
