N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 1500-u: Termination of authority

§ 1500-u. Termination of authority. Whenever all bonds or notes issued

by the authority shall have been redeemed or cancelled, and all

transactions, debt, and such other obligations have been satisfied or

otherwise terminated, the agency shall cease to exist and all rights,

titles, interest, and assets thereof vested in or possessed by the

authority shall thereupon vest in and be possessed by the city of

Buffalo.
