N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 1564: Inconsistent provisions in other acts superseded

Where this section sits in the code

* § 1564. Inconsistent provisions in other acts superseded. In so far

as the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of

any other act, general or special, or of any local law of the village,

the provisions of this title shall be controlling.
