N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 1699-a*2: Legislative report

* § 1699-a. Legislative report. The chairman shall annually before

December first, report in writing to the legislature concerning the

awarding of contracts, for specified commodities, equipment or services

or for the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or improvement

of college facilities at the Bronx community college and York college to

small businesses and minority businesses. The report shall include the

total value of awards made in the preceding fiscal year under the

designation of small business set-asides.
