N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 1817: Application of subtitle

§ 1817. Application of subtitle. Subject to the provisions of sections

eighteen hundred twenty-two and eighteen hundred twenty-three of this

title, the authority shall have the power and is hereby authorized to

make loans with pollution control funds pursuant to this subtitle to

local development corporations for costs of projects located in any area

of the state for the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation or

improvement of pollution control facilities.
