N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 2062: New York state and Broome county not liable on bonds

* § 2062. New York state and Broome county not liable on bonds. The

bonds and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the

state of New York or of the county of Broome, and neither the state nor

the county shall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any

funds other than those of the authority.
