N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 2419-a: Additional reports

§ 2419-a. Additional reports. 1. Within six months after the end of

its fiscal year the agency shall submit to the governor, the majority

leader of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, the comptroller and

the director of the budget a complete and detailed report setting forth

data establishing compliance with the provisions of subdivision three of

section twenty-four hundred five of this article by the agency and each

bank which participated in the agency's purchase of mortgages from the

proceeds of the sale of each issue by the agency of its bonds and notes

made on and after the effective date of this section.

2. The agency shall provide to the commissioner of housing and

community renewal, on a timely basis, with the data and other

information necessary to compile the report or reports required pursuant

to section twenty of the public housing law.
