N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 2490-f: Civil service status of employees

§ 2490-f. Civil service status of employees. The appointment and

promotion of all employees of the authority shall be made in accordance

with the provisions of the civil service law and the rules of the city

of Saratoga Springs civil service commission, and such employees shall

be entitled to membership in the city pension and retirement system, and

shall be entitled to the same rights and obligations thereunder as the

employees of the city.
