N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 2508-a: Certain property acquired by authority

* § 2508-a. Certain property acquired by authority. In the event that

the New York state sports authority upon full amortization of any

outstanding bonds issued for the acquisition, construction or

rehabilitation of a sports facility, transfers such sports facility to

the authority pursuant to subdivision four of section twenty-four

hundred seventy-two of this chapter, such sports facility shall pass to

and be vested in the city.
