N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 2595: Equal employment opportunity

§ 2595. Equal employment opportunity. The authority shall ensure that

all employees or applicants for employment are afforded equal employment

opportunity without discrimination on any basis prohibited under

subdivision two of section forty-c of the civil rights law.
