N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 2799-pppp: Severability of provisions

§ 2799-pppp. Severability of provisions. If any section, clause or

provision of this title or the application thereof shall be adjudged

invalid, such judgment shall not affect or invalidate any other section,

clause or provision of this title.
