N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 2850: Transfer of authority officers and employees

§ 2850. Transfer of authority officers and employees. Subject to the

civil service law and rules, transfer may be allowed between positions

in any authority or commission heretofore or hereafter continued or

created by this chapter, which is subject to the jurisdiction of the

state or a municipal civil service commission, and positions in the

service of the state or a civil division thereof.
