N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 712: Rules and regulations relating to the bridge

§ 712. Rules and regulations relating to the bridge. The use of the

bridge herein authorized shall be subject to the rules and regulations

of the authority; provided, however, that the authority is not empowered

to do anything which will impair the security of the bondholders or

violate limitations contained in any agreement with bondholders.
