N.Y. Public Authorities Law § 916: Contracts

§ 916. Contracts. All contracts for the construction, reconstruction,

rehabilitation and improvement of projects authorized pursuant to this

title shall be subject to article eight of the labor law and shall also

be subject to the provisions of law applicable to county contracts,

except as otherwise provided herein.
