§ 1108. Powers and duties with respect to comprehensive public water

supply planning. The commissioner shall perform such duties and

functions with respect to comprehensive public water supply planning as

are provided in part five-A of article five of the conservation law, and

shall have such powers and authority as may be necessary in that regard.
