N.Y. Public Health Law § 1387: Contracts

§ 1387. Contracts. The commissioner of health is authorized to enter

into contracts and agreements with individuals, corporations and

municipalities to perform the study herein directed to alleviate the

specific hazard to which the general public or members thereto may be

exposed as the result of toxic substances emanating from landfills.
