§ 1531. County mosquito control commission; regulations by board of

supervisors as to purchases, contracts and expenditures. Such mosquito

extermination commission shall not pay any accounts or claims, make any

contracts or expenditures or purchase any materials, supplies or

equipment except after compliance with such regulations as may be

adopted by the board of supervisors with respect to audit, advertising

or otherwise.
