N.Y. Public Health Law § 1607: Cooperation with other departments

§ 1607. Cooperation with other departments. The board may request from

any department, division, board, bureau, commission or other agency of

the state, and the same are authorized to provide, without additional

compensation, such assistance, services and data as may be necessary to

carry out the purpose of this article. The board may, within

appropriations available therefor, employ such other personnel as may be

necessary to carry out its responsibilities under this article.
