N.Y. Public Health Law § 203: Commissioner; qualifications

§ 203. Commissioner; qualifications. The commissioner shall be a

physician, a graduate of an incorporated medical college, of at least

ten years' experience in the actual practice of his profession, and of

skill and experience in public health duties and sanitary science.
