N.Y. Public Health Law § 2333: Houses of prostitution; injunction proceedings; witnesses and officers fees

§ 2333. Houses of prostitution; injunction proceedings; witnesses and

officers fees. In any action brought to enjoin and abate a nuisance, as

defined in this article, no officer or witness shall be entitled to

receive in advance fees for service or attendance.
