§ 2422. Cancer institute; commissioner's duty to publish reports. The

commissioner shall publish from time to time the result of the

investigations by the state institute for the study of malignant

diseases for the benefit of humanity, and from time to time, he shall

collate its publications in a scientific report for distribution to

scientific organizations and to medical scientists and qualified members

of the medical profession.
