N.Y. Public Health Law § 2591: Eligibility

* § 2591. Eligibility. Eligibility for the program shall be limited

to pregnant women and adolescents who, because of low income and dietary

deficiencies, are at high risk endangering the nutritional well-being of

their fetuses and risking the delivery of low birth weight infants.
