N.Y. Public Health Law § 2700: Bureau of chronic disease and geriatrics established

§ 2700. Bureau of chronic disease and geriatrics established. The

state department of health shall establish a bureau of chronic disease

and geriatrics, which shall develop a program designed to improve and

protect the health and vitality of middle-aged and elderly citizens of

the state.
