N.Y. Public Health Law § 2751: New York state burns care institute; organization

§ 2751. New York state burns care institute; organization. 1. The New

York state burns care institute is hereby created within the department

of health.

2. The commissioner shall appoint a director of the institute and may

employ such assistants and personnel as are necessary to carry out the

provisions of this article.
