N.Y. Public Health Law § 2812: Construction

§ 2812. Construction. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general,

special or local law, or any city charter or administrative code to the

contrary, no county, town, village or city shall enact and enforce

regulations and standards for hospitals, except for hospitals maintained

and operated by the health services administration of the city of New

York or the New York city health and hospitals corporation.
