N.Y. Public Health Law § 2897-c: Disposition of fees, fines, penalties and other moneys

§ 2897-c. Disposition of fees, fines, penalties and other moneys. All

fees, fines, penalties and other moneys derived from the operation of

this article shall be paid to the department and shall be paid by the

department to the state treasury, as provided in the state finance law.
