N.Y. Public Health Law § 2998-d: Voluntary and collaborative reporting system

§ 2998-d. Voluntary and collaborative reporting system. The center, in

collaboration with health care providers, shall develop a voluntary and

collaborative reporting system, for the purposes of obtaining

information useful for maximizing patient safety, reducing medical

errors, and improving the quality of health care pursuant to this title.
