N.Y. Public Health Law § 3034: Rules and regulations

§ 3034. Rules and regulations. The state council, with the approval of

the commissioner, shall promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate

the purposes of sections three thousand thirty and three thousand

thirty-one of this article.
