N.Y. Public Health Law § 3618: Continuation of existing home health agencies

§ 3618. Continuation of existing home health agencies. Any home health

agency which, on March thirty-first, nineteen hundred seventy-eight,

possessed a valid certificate of approval issued under the provisions of

article twenty-eight of this chapter shall be deemed a certified home

health agency and such certificate of approval shall be deemed valid

under the provisions of this article.
