N.Y. Public Health Law § 364: Certain cities; compensation of commissioner and others

§ 364. Certain cities; compensation of commissioner and others. In

cities having a population of less than one hundred seventy-five

thousand, the salary of the commissioner of health, deputy commissioner

of health, health officer and all subordinates shall be fixed by the

board of estimate and apportionment, or by the board or authority

authorized by charter to fix salaries.
