N.Y. Public Health Law § 3906: Contract authority

§ 3906. Contract authority. The center is hereby authorized to enter

into agreements or contracts with any public or private agency,

corporation, or individual in order to carry out the provisions of this

article. Funds made available by the center pursuant to this article

shall be provided pursuant to the terms of such contracts.
