§ 403-d. The New York state home for veterans in the lower-Hudson
Valley. There is hereby established a state home for veterans in the
lower-Hudson Valley. Such home for veterans shall be subject to the
provisions of this article except when such provisions are inconsistent
with the provisions of article twenty-six-A of this chapter.
