N.Y. Public Health Law § 4163: Penalties

§ 4163. Penalties. Any person who shall release information which

might disclose the identity of the pregnant person in connection with a

certificate of pregnancy loss or report of pregnancy loss in violation

of the provisions of this title shall be subject to a civil penalty not

to exceed five thousand dollars for each such release. Such penalty may

be recovered in the same manner as the penalty provided in section

twelve of this chapter.
