§ 4219. Arresting or attaching a dead body of a human being. A person
who arrests or attaches the dead body of a human being upon any debt or
demand whatever, or detains or claims to detain it for any debt or
demand, or upon any pretended lien or charge, is guilty of a
misdemeanor.
