* § 4653. Continuing care retirement community council; powers and
duties. For the purposes of this article, the council shall have all the
powers and duties delegated to its members pursuant to section forty-six
hundred two of this chapter; provided, however, that any references in
such section to provisions of article forty-six of this chapter shall be
deemed to be references to the corresponding provisions of this article.
