N.Y. Public Health Law § 562: Laboratory supply stations; expenses

§ 562. Laboratory supply stations; expenses. The actual and necessary

expenses of operation and maintenance of the district laboratory supply

station and sub-stations shall be paid in the manner prescribed for the

payment of other bills of the municipality or county. All such sums

shall be a charge upon the municipality, when a single municipality is

included in a district, and, upon the county when more than one

municipality is included, to be paid from amounts appropriated by the

municipality or county for laboratory services or general public health

purposes.
