N.Y. Public Health Law § 620: Public health services program audit recoveries

§ 620. Public health services program audit recoveries. All monies

received or recovered by the department after the effective date of this

section as a result of any audit exception assessed against the state

aid reimbursement to a municipality under this article shall be

deposited in the local public health services program account.
