N.Y. Public Health Law § 801: Organization; executive director

§ 801. Organization; executive director. The council may organize into

such organizational units as the members determine to be necessary. The

chairman shall appoint an executive director for the council. The

department and any institute created by this chapter are authorized to

supply such staff and services to the council as may be necessary for

the council to fulfill its functions under this article.
