N.Y. Public Health Law § 907: Reports

§ 907. Reports. The commissioner, in conjunction with the commissioner

of education, shall prepare and submit a report to the governor and the

legislature, due on February first, nineteen hundred ninety-five,

reporting the results and evaluating the effectiveness of the New York

state primary care education and training act, including recommendations

for the placement of primary care physicians and primary care

practitioners in underserved areas.
