N.Y. Public Housing Law § 306: Definitions

§ 306. Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following terms

shall have the following meanings:

(1) "Controlled substance" shall have the same meaning given such term

in section thirty-three hundred six of the public health law.

(2) "Drug-related crime" shall mean the illegal manufacture, sale,

distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell,

distribute, or use, a controlled substance.
